 Hello, 

       

Just a small note that FM1608 is an obsolete device and is not recommened for new designs. The interface for FRAM is similar to non volatile memory designs and programmers which support parallel non-volatile memories can be used. 

   

http://www.elnec.com/products/universal-programmers/beeprog2/ is one of the programmers that you can refer which supports FRAMs.
