Hi all,
I buying from Farnell a MiniProg3 REV B and i have a big problem of my programmer.
I cant program my devices from 5V. I connect my oscilloscope to SDAT, SCLK and VTARG lines and changing power supply voltage 1.8V to 5V.
Not working from externally power and internally both.
1.8V to 3.3V its ok. The lines follow the voltage. But 5V only follow VTARG. SCLK and SDAT stay on 3.3V. Why?
Sorry for my bad english.
Best regards:

When i measure the voltages not connect any board to MiniProg3. Only PC->USB->MiniProg3->5 pin connector->oscilloscope

You have met these conditions ? Also I note the cap you have on XRES.....not
shown here. I can't tell from schematic, if running at 5V where is your source
coming for 3.3V ?

I removed the capacitor from XRES pin, nothing has changed.
Yes the connection is ok.
This is my PCB plan:

Yes!
VTARG connected to Vddd,Vdda,Vddio0,Vddio1,Vddio2,Vddio3.
GND connected to Vssd, Vssa, Vbat, Vboost, Vssb.
USB is direct drive the programmer, nothing any USB HUB.
USB voltage is 5V.
Yes PSOC programmer is show 5000mV target voltage but, MiniProg3 is drive only 3,3V the SCLK and SDAT pins.
So:
VTARG five volts but, SCLK and SDAT logic high levels NOT five volts, only 3,3 volts. This is my big problem.

I think you did everything right. What convinced me is the measure of the voltages on the miniprog directly without an attached target, this seems to be rather unusual.
I would suggest to contact your distributor and request a replacement.
Additionally you may create a "MyCase" and get support from a Cypress endgineer directly. To do so: at top of this page "Support & Community -> Technical Support -> Create a MyCase" and attach your scope picture etc.

I wrote my case.
The red line is VTARG, yellow is SCLK.
Here is the pictures:
VTARG = 1,8V
VTARG = 2,5V
VTARG = 3,3V
VTARG = 5V
The SDAT and SCLK voltage level is all the same.

Did you ever resolve this?
I am experiencing something similar. I will post more details if this hasn't been resolved.
