Has anyone here had a play with Wifi modules on 5LP?
I am looking for a module that is easy to interface and use. The 2 areas of interest are
1. A server running on the 5LP that can be access via static IP
2. Connection between my device and Android Tablet via wifi.
There seem to be a large number of modules around starting at $6 and going to over $60. Feedback from somone who has had a play and can recommend a suitable module would be most useful.
Thanks

Hi,
You can have a look at the redpine wifi expansion kits which can be used with PSoC5LP kit CY8CKIT-050.

Thanks,

Thanks Dana,
I cannot see anything there with the wifi stack included. However, I do have applications for the "CyFi" IC.
Would you happen to know if there is a component for Creator for the CyFi or example project that runs in Creator I could use?

I'm a little experimenting with ESP8266
Simple projects(Russian) for PSoC3 PSoC4 you will find here:

The only thing I see is PSOC 1 solutions, except for the PROC BLE
stuff -
http://www.cypress.com/procble/ BLE
http://www.cypress.com/?id=1929 PROC
You might file a CASE and ask what Creator based activity is going on with
respect to WiFi and CyFi. Please post back when you get an answer, several
of us could benefit with the results.
Regards, Dana.
