You are here in the wrong forum, the PSoC5 has no connection to Designer 5, you are asking a question for a PSoC1.
When designing an ADC (Analog-to Digital Converter) some facts must be evaluated first.
Input signal range: must be (or must be converted to) GND < Vin < VCC
Desired frequency
Wanted resolution
The last two points influence each other: Better resolution takes more time for converting.
Besides: I would suggest you to upgrade your Designer 5.0 to latest version which is 5.4.

One word of caution, pay particular attention to the signal path CM Range,
it can / cannot be R-R performance depending on what you are doing. You
can connect an A/D directly to pins w/o going thru an opamp or PGA if so
desired.
