Psoc Creator starting debug session from different location

Almost all the time I run the debug session in Creator 3.2 the program starts at the beginning of my code in Main().

   

However, every now and then it starts in the "cm3start.c" file. I am not aware of making any changes to my code that would affect where the program starts, what causes the compiler to do this?

Had the same, re-booting the PC and a "Clean & Build" helped.
