Off the shelf example on PSOC42 and ble 042 kit. No modification.
Debugging mode
1. I'm able to receive data from psoc
2. I detect with logic analyzer correct data stream into psoc (commands like 'c' etc)
3. Psoc don't respond neither with error nor with any valid character
Standard pinout is 1.5 tx 1.4 Rx

I found the reason. Rx pin don't tolerate resistor in series. 1K is too much

Second question: Why I cannot choose block for UART I need?
