Low PWM Output Voltage

I am trying to generate various PWMs using PSoC-5LP, but most of the times I am getting max-amplitude of 500mV-Peak instead of 5V-peak.

Muhammad, can you please post your complete project, so that we all can have a look at all of your settings? To do so, use
Creator->File->Create Workspace Bundle (minimal)
and attach the resulting file. Additional question Do you use a Cypress development or prototyping kit? Which one??

Any chance that your scope/probe is set to x1/10 scale?

It was due to probe. Change in probe worked.
