Driver installation for USB-serial Chip on SuperSpeed Explorer Kit

Hello,

   

I have problems to install the driver for the CY7C65215 on the Superspeed Explorer Kit. When connecting it the first time to the laptop, it seems that the driver was installed part wise, only two of the 3 interfaces, referring to section 3.7.1 of the SuperSpeed Explorer Kit User Guide.

   

Clear terminal and Tera Term can't connect to the board. The com port is not available.

   

I have tried so far to choose the drivers manually from the SuperSpeed Explorer Kit installation, without success.

   

I am using Windows 7 64 bit.

Hello,

   

I have just installed the DVK Software for the CYUSBS236 DVK, after reconnect, the driver was found and installed.

   

Solved, works fine now.
