How to write I2S?

Because PSOC4 does not have dma. So it is confuse to write I2S?

   

1, firstly how can i control the write speed?

   

2, secondely I just want to write right channel, how to realize it?

Wrtite speed is selected with the clock

   

Just choose a 1 channel solution.

   

Have a look into the datasheet where all this is explained in depth.
