I currently have the CY8CKIT-049 4xxx (http://www.cypress.com/documentation/development-kitsboards/psoc-4-cy8ckit-049-4xxx-prototyping-kits) and I'm using the MiniProg3 to program the device with the usb portion broken off. The problem that I'm having is while the debugger is plugged in, my code runs fine. But whenever the Miniprog is unplugged everything stops.

How do i make the PSOC not dependent on the miniprog3?

Do you have another voltage source for the board besides the mini prog?

I do, i figured it out. It seems my power supply had a low limit for the current supply causing the PSOC to lose power as soon as miniprog was removed.
