BLE OTA flash security

I am trying to secure my device for deployment using the steps shown here:

​This seems to work great with the USB BLE dongle, bot not with the android or iOS Cypress app. I attempt to go upgrade the firmware and it just freezes....

       

Any thoughts?

I understand that you are facing issues when applying Chip level protection for OTA Boot loading. Could you let us know which project you are testing? Are you using Chip protection for launcher project?

I was actually able to resolve the issue by updating the BLE and bootloader components to the latest and greatests.
