how to do the CE certification test

hi,my company have Developde a product with CYBL10162,but i want to do  CE certification test,so i want how to do it?where is the fixed frequency software？thanx for help，

Please find attached the firmware and its user manual. This can be used for any regulatory certification or Bluetooth certification.
