Miniprog3 with PSOC4014

I am trying to program a CY8C4014LQI-421 16 Pin QFN with the Miniprog3 but it does not detect the chip from the select debug target. I have selected the correct part in the device selector and connected VTarget, GND, SWD_CLK and SWD_Data to the target board. Port Setting is Clock Speed 16MHz, 3.3V, 5-Pin and Power Cycle as the miniprog3 will power the target for programming. Error cannot acquire device...

   

Not sure why it is not detecting this chip so I can program my target board.

Use 1.6 MHz as speed.

   

Check Miniprog3 for updates (use Cypress Programmer->Utilities)

   

If your PSoC has got an XRES pin, use that instead of power cycle

Ok thks! firmware was up to date. I had VCCD conneted to VDD but should have been bypassed with a 0.1uF cap  and no connection to VDD and set the clock speed in programmer to 1.6MHz. Got it working!!
