It seems as thought the 6936 is no longer in production. With some research, it also seems like the 7936 is as well obsolete and not widely available for purchase. What is the current replacement for these chips? Is it the CYRF8935?
I am using the device in the same manner as this user. Interfacing with a micro controller to use with a hobby RC model.
In the hobby community, there has been much software work already done with the CYRF6936, what current chip would that software translate well into?
