How do you correctly configure an op amp in schematic capture which will take a non-inverting signal, amplify it and then send it on to ADC? The port I am having issues with is the output port of the amplifier, where I need to connect the external feedback resistor.

You have to connect your resistor to the Pin IsenseAmp, not to the (internal) crosspoint.
