There is no appnote, but you can use the UART and an additional pin for hardware Tx enable. External drivers will be needed.

i have been reading on RS485. it need one master and one slave device. but can i use PC as master ?????
if yes than what kind of device i have to attach with pc to make it master???
is that USB to RS485 convertor???

You do not need a master or a slave. RS485 defines a serial interface and its electrical specifications. In a peer-to-peer connection there are exactly two devices connected. Each device may send and receive data.
An RS485-USB converter will help you, the PSoC is connected with the interface chip to the 485 and the UART is plugged into the pc. Probably there will be an emulated COM-port on the PC side which you can see using PuTTY terminal emulation.
