Audio Clock Recovery

Hi!

   

So i know that Cypress does the clock recovery for USB audio.

   

I was wondering if it does for another source, if i can use one of the gpios to feed the clock recovery,
Im currentlly using a CS2000 clock recovery but now i want to ise the PSOC4 only.
