Counter Component Configuration

Hello Everyone,

   

I have a problem with Counter Component configuration on PSoC5 Device.
I want the Counter output to change to opposite, every time the counter make 500 000 counts (1 second with 500kHz clock).
The "comp" output does not change at all, What can be the problem?
I made Initialization in code: Counter_1_Start();

Can you please post your complete project, so that we all can have a look at all of your settings and code. To do so, use
Creator->File->Create Workspace Bundle (minimal)
and attach the resulting file.
