Hi All,
I am using CY7C65642-28LTXC Cypress hub in my design.This HUB is working in our previous design perfectly.But in current design we are facing problem.At the time of board booting clock is coming.Then it is showing as unable to enumerate USB. We have taken our old & current product & probed all the signal.Design wise its just copy paste.The only difference we are seeing while probing is in pin number 26(PWR_L) is its high in the nonworking board & its low in working board.Could you please give your openion?
These below are the logs that i am seeing for USB.

usb 2-1: device not accepting address 8, error -71
usb 2-1: new full speed USB device number 9 using fsl-ehci
usb 2-1: device not accepting address 9, error -71
hub 2-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 1
cpufreq_interactive_input_connect: connect to ssd254x-ts
