How can transmit and receive ARINC429 with PSoC5?

I think that can use device HI-8586, HI-8588 to transmit and receive ARINC429 by use Shift register32?

Excuse me. I assumed that you are doing an analog of  HI-6010
and you have a problem with downloading Shift register32.

I can do with HI-8784 and HI-8684 but my PSoC must does some works and not enough pin, so i want to do direct with HI-8588 and HI-8586!
