Welcome in the forum.

My programmer version is 3.24.4, I suggest you to update.

You did not tell what board you are using, a Cypress Kit? Which one? What Programmer are you using? An on-board KitProg?

Close creator, start PSoC Programmer, select your program interface and check if it needs an update (which is quite common)

Update your program interface, unplug, reboot PC plug in again and wait until completely updated from internet.

There is no "minikitprog". There is a Miniprog3 and a Kitprog Which one are you using?

You did not tell what board you are using, a Cypress Kit? Which one? Exact CY8C-number, please

What connections did you make to the board?

You are answering only part of my questions to help you, probably a language barrier, I am not natively English speaking.

I was not asking for the chip, that you wrote in your initial post.

I asked for the board (PCB) and whether it is a Cypress kit or a self-made one.

Which connections did you make (if it is not a Cypress kit ) between Kitprog and board under test.

Verify that your kitprog is still functioning by connecting it to the device where it has been snapped off.

If that works, the error must be in the hardware of your self-made target board. Inspect, check and measure all connections of the PSoC.
