PSOC 4 CY8CKIT-049-4xxx proto typing kit - UART_Bootloader.hex

I am trying to write a bootloadable hello world program , but the UART_Bootloader.hex/ SCB_Bootloader.cywrk is missing in both Psoc Creator 3.3 version & 3.1 version .

   

Where I can get this file? ..  Any ideas ?

        In example programs. Just open Psoc Creator and select open example programs. Tell it your kit part number and you will find the program To Regenerate the bootloader.hex and .elf

spend 2 days to figure it out  😞 ...  its is in the "Start Page " Tab ... Nowhere in the menu ..

   

 In General this tab is  used for help files ,start up tips , recently opened project .. Never thought  the link will be here ... 

   

Actual Folder is   C:\Program Files\Cypress\CY8CKIT-049-42xx\1.0\Firmware\SCB_Bootloader 

   

That also misled me ... hope this helps someone ...
