Hello,
I am trying to find an example of using PSOC 5 interfacing with an external EEPROM via I2C.
I have a Microchip Tech 24LC16B EEPROM I'd like to read and write to.
I found an old app note on this but only the PDF and no example code..
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome in the forum.
In "Creator ->Start page -> Find Example Project" you will see some projects dealing with I2C. Accessing an EEProm (or an FRam) is just a special step from there and not more complicated.
BTW: There are PSoC3 and PSoC5 forums, here you are at a non-PSoC but MCU forum.
AND: PSoC5 is quite more modern than PSoC3. PSoC4 (which has similar capabilities) is a lot smaller (and cheaper)
