Here's the one you want to use: WICED Wi-Fi Partners
Note that both Broadcom WICED Wi-Fi and Partner based Wi-Fi development boards are available through our Distributors
The typical model for WICED Engagement looks like this:
- Register on the Broadcom Community Website
- Corporate or University email addresses only
- Download the WICED SDK (current version is 3.1.x) and review the available documentation
- Purchase a Broadcom BCM943362WCD4_EVB or BCM943341WCD1_EVB Development Kit from one of our Distributors
- Develop a product using the Broadcom Development Kit and SDK, while leveraging the community forums for technical support
- Purchase production modules from one of our authorized Modules and Development partners.
Note that you can also engage directly with a Modules and Development partner and use their development tools exclusively.

If you want to use WICED and create your code ground up, the Seabass and Snapper tools on the page below will help, alternatively, if you want to use WiConnect which makes development with WICED quite a bit easier then the Moray or Mackerel boards will be useful.

If you want to take a closer look at WiConnect see https://wiconnect.ack.me
