CY62157EV18 MoBL getting corrupted randomly

We have a battery backed Embedded system uses Cypress SRAM. We see that memory is loosing contents randomly in the field.

   

Can we have our design reviewed by Cypress to see if we missed anything or provide a guidance about trouble shooting ?

Which the Cypress SRAM that you are using? Please let us know some more details about the failure. Can you attach the schematic diagram of your application to this forum thread? We can review it and let you know if there are any issues with it.
