After img programming in USBBulkLoopAuto  project, I can not find any device in USB control center.

Dear Sir

   

 

   

I am doing design in following environment.

   

KIT name: CYUSB3KIT-001

   

Project name:  USBBulkLoopAuto

   

SDK ver: 1.3

   

OS: Windows 7 sp1 64bit

   

   

Then, after programming img file into FX3 in USB boot mode, USB control center does not show any device.

   

Also I can see "Programming Succeeded" in USB control center window.

   

Please let me know, what should I do to solve this problem.

Hi,

   

How does the device appear in the device manager? If the device appears in the other devices section can you please try manually binding the driver to it.

   

Right click the device -> Properties -> Drivers -> Update Driver -> Browse My Computer for Driver Software -> Let me Pick from a List of device drivers on my computer -> Have Disk -> Browse and navigate to the location: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\EZ-USB FX3 SDK\1.3\driver\bin" and select cyusb3.inf

   

Now you will be able to see the device on the control center.

   

If you are not able to see the device in the device manager, please create a Tech Support case with us.

Unfortunately, I can not find any device in device manager window.

   

By the way, I found attached img file in other one's posted question.

   

Please find attached file.

   

(Please modify the filename extension. *.img is correct)

   

I think you may know this img file.

   

When I use this file, I can find usb bulkloop example device in Control Center.

   

I do not know the difference between my project and attachment.

   

 

   

Also please let me know how to create Tech support case?
