can i program/debug CYBLE-022001-00 with J-LINK?

I'm developing with CYBLE-022001-00.

I want to be able to program this module in a linux environment through SWD pins.

I think I can control J-Link in the linux environment.

All I need to know is if there is a J-Link programmer that can talk with CYBLE-022001-00.

Is there anyone who have succeeded in using J-Link with PRoC devices?
