Can i use one bypass capacitor 10uF(0603)+0.1uF(0402) at all VDDR(4pin), VDDA(2pin) pin for reduce PCB size?

now i use x4 (1uF+0.1uF) for VDDR 4 pins, and 2x for VDDA 2 pins

My input you can never have too may caps. This is an RF circuit and needs all of the caps it can get and special analysis of the circuit board and layout of the same. If you are using a PCB antenna then it can leak into the chip which can cause all kinds of issues.
