I've implemented the Neopixel library discussed here using some PSoC BLE modules, but I understand that the same library component can't be used using a PRoC module. I'm using a CY5676A for the BLE 4.2 capabilities and was wondering if anyone had a solution for implementing one or more WS2812B LEDs.

Its ok. I used the FunWithLEDs on the PSoC. Its an awesome library, but since PRoC doesn't support UDBs, I have to find an alternate route.
