HID communication with PSoC 5

Hello guys!

   

After i researched a bit, i found out that the USBFS is used to communicate with a computer however, id like to hook up a mouse to the PSoC 5, and analyze on the data from there. Is this possible, and if so, is the only option to connect the mouse to the micro usb port on the PSoC?
