Hi,

   

Can we write single world, 8/16/32bit to previously eriased flash without reading, eriasing, writing full row?

        Hi Fidel, Which flash memory are you using in your project? On most of our flash products, you can write a single word. On some others, it is recommended to write 32bytes or 16bytes in one shot, since this will give a longer flash life cycle and better reliability of your data. No. A flash row is the smallest amount of data to write.

Hi Fidel,

   

I was thinking you were using one of our discrete Flash memories, not PSoC embedded ones.

   

The answer from Bob might be more appropriate in this case.
