Two chips cy7c68013A connect with one computer

Hi,

   

  I use two chips CY7C68013A connect with one computer,there is a failure often occurs,one device of them often communication failure,must power off and restart.

   

  I can not find the reason of this problem,my board design or the driver program have some problem?

   

What should I do check this problem,look forward to your reply

Please provide the following details:

   

1. What is the failure that is occuring ? Provide details of the failure scenario.

   

2. When you mention communication failure, is the Host already communicating with both the chips when the failure occurs? That is: When does the failure occur and what is that?

   

3. Are you using Cypress driver or your own custom driver?

   

4. Also are you using any of our example firmwares?
