Hello
From many time we are using the 16Mbit SRAM CY7C1061DV33-10BVXI. Now we move the application due to chenge form Cypress to the CY7C1061GN30-10BVXI without success.
If you see the datasheet there are not relevant change but the new part doesn't works.
There is anyone with the some issue?
Are there known problem with this Sram?
Could anyone that has something to suggest?

Hi,
What exactly is the failure signature?
No there are no known issues with the new device.
Are there any SRAM data log that can help us understand if the data in SRAM is corrupted?
If you are open to sharing further details, I suggest you to open a tech support case with Cypress
Regards,
Nilesh

Hi,
The access time of the CY7C1061GN30-10BVXI must be 10ns max, this is not respected because we have from 12 to 14 ns of access time.
we are testing the CY7C1061GN30-10BVXI TWN 1601 A33 CYP 603997
Is it a lot issue or there is a bug in the new process ?
We never had any problem with the old CY7C1061DV33-10BVXI where the 10ns access time is respected.
Many thanks in advance for your help

Hi,
Can you tell us how many parts you have tested? Have seen the same same behavior on all the CY7C1061GN30 parts.
Thanks,
Krishna.

Hi,
We tested 20 parts in order to qualify the migration from CY7C1061DV33-10BVXI to the CY7C1061GN30-10BVXI on our boards.
All the parts were of the same lot.
Now we are frozen all the orders to understand what's going on.
Could you contact me by email directly?
Thanks for your reply
