fx3 dvk devicce board can not work and d14 LED blinking

Hi folks,

   

My fx3 dvk device board cannot work. And the D14(another label V1P2 is very close to it) LED keep blinking after powered on. Is any one can tell me what can I do?

Hi, can you probe and check the 1.2V power domain? Are the regulators working fine and providing constant 1.2? It seems like the 1.2V power domain is not proper here
