1) What's wff and theta come from in Figure 9. Block diagram of PLL at low speed?
A: wff isn't been used in the actual algorithm. theta is calculated by PLL inside.
2) Is there HFI demo board on sale? I want to buy one.
A: No special demo board for HFI algorithm. The algorithm has been widely used for washing machine, refrigerator and drone product.
3) The HFI code is C language or lib?
A: The algorithm is been implemented by C language.

Is there a source code / Eval Board avaialble for the HFI Implementation . Could you please share the details.
