When I order CY7C63413 what the firmware is installed in chip?
Can I use this device according Application Note AN65421?
(without Hi-Lo programmer and software development).

Hi,
The part CY7C63413 is obsolete now, CY7C63413C is same in form, fit and functionality of the part CY7C63413. The CY7C63413C/513C/613C are 8-bit RISC one time programmable (OTP) microcontrollers. The instruction set has been optimized specifically for USB operations, although the microcontrollers can be used for a variety of non-USB embedded applications. So, no firmware installed beforehand in the same part when you order new samples.
AN65421 is obsolete now, because PS/2 is no longer supported, if you wish to understand the keyboard design can refer AN1267 instead, at the following link:
