Hi all

I am developing a new board and from previous experience punting for the 5LP over the 4, due to resources, even though I need the BLE. Has anyone used the 4 as a BLE transceiver for a 5LP and also utilize the other resources of the 4? What issues might there be in relation to programming each chip in relation to a production board?

Do you wish that PSoC4 or PSoC4 BLE to act as BLE transceiver .Please clarify.

One more thing, PSoC5LP do not support BLE .

Thank you for reply, yes I know PSoC 5LP doesnt support BLE, so I wish to use PSoC 4BLE as the transceiver but also utilise the extra UDB etc in the PSoC 4 to complement the PSoC 5LP

Yes,you can use UDB available in PSOC4 BLE

Whats the best way to connect the psoc 4 ble and the psoc 5lp? SPI? Is there a way to display both in PSoC Creator or will i have to do a project for each microcontroller

In Creator you can have two (or more) projects in a single workspace. This allows for keeping the design compact, no switching between instances of Creator.

PSoC4BLE and PSOC5LP can have communication via  SPI,UART or I2C etc.
