MB9320M usart or JTAG programming

Hello,

       

I wanted to ask on the what is the difference of this IC which is made by FUJITSU and Cypress?

   

How can i program this MCU's by RS232C or JTAG?

   

If there is any special cable used, what is it?

   

I tried to flash it using Cypress Flash USB Direct Programmer. When flashing, it says success, when i checked its not working. 

   

I do use Superpro programmer and it was working, but for some reason USB flashing could be fast and easy.

       

Any ideas?

Section 9 explains the hardware connections required , you can also refer the same in chapters 3,4 in the User manual of  FLASH USB DIRECT Programmer.
