I have been developing code in Creator 4.0. I have a module (C file) that I have used a lot, including the setting of breakpoints. After upgrading to 4.1 those breakpoints disappear after the debugger starts.

The breakpoint defect is fixed in PSoC Creator 4.1 Update 1. This is now available on the web or through your update manager. Sorry for the pain we caused - we failed to spot a change in the GNU C compiler that broke instruction breakpoints in our debugger. We realized that we could not make users wait a full release cycle to address this and so made the software update.
