The memory dumps from the PSOC Programmer tool have 4 sections called 'Config Flash Areas'. Am I correct in assuming that this is the data contained in what is otherwise ECC space?
There is no direct mention in the KB here: http://www.cypress.com/knowledge-base-article/psoc-3-psoc-4-and-psoc-5lp-flash-memory-organization-a.... It simply states that non-ECC flash has a row size of 287 bytes.
