BCM20702 BT adapter support in Linux

Hi,

Is the BCM20702 BT chip officially supported in Linux ?

Can I buy any BT adapter based on BCM20702 chip with the confidence that it will work in Linux.

I could find that the BT adapter by the OEM "Pluggable" claims that it is supported in Linux.  (VID 0x0a5c, PID 0x21e8).

But I could find that many other adapters using BCM20702 like GMYLE has not mentioned about linux support.

Is VID/PID for bcm20702 same for all OEMs?

There are several partners out there who have develop Linux based BCM20702  based support within their BLE dongle.
