Hello,
The CCG3 device does the following on the PSoC 6 BLE Pioneer Kit:
- Negotiates for 5.0V/3.0A from the Type-C port and provide power for charging a li-ion battery (power delivery)
- Monitors the Vin line, if powered, it shall be able to provide power to the source
- Monitors the Vin line and accordingly, it shall advertise the power provider voltage capability
Thanks for the question and let me know if you have more!

Hello,
So what will happen, if I take USB type-A to type-C cable, and connect the kit to Computer's USB-A port; or to USB power supply, such as smartphone charger?
