I'm not sure if I understood your question completely..
A new development kit is in the making., you do not need separate BLE modules and the kit contains the device as part of the main board (not a module like the PSoC 4 BLE) and will work as a standalone BLE node device. It is expected to be available early October.

The hardware that is available supports BTle but not the Dev kit? Is this a specific Dev kit? I use BTle on a PSOC 4 - What are the considerations in using PSOC6 to improve my power performance?
