There is warrant for this products ?

Hello Domingo,
Calibration needs to be done on the Compass:
http://www.st.com/web/en/resource/technical/document/datasheet/DM00057547.pdf

We have another app that we wrote for the compass.
See attached.
Hope this helps

Thanks for replay !
On that datasheet there is no instructions about calibration, it only say that the device is factory calibrated.
With the android application it sometimes works, I press reset calibration and it seems to work properly but when I exit this application and launch the wiced-sense application it still behaves randomly.
The other one works smoothly as before even after "reseting calibration".
So it doesn't seem that the calibration as done by this new application is the problem !
Unless there is any other special steps not described that need be done.
So resuming it seems the device came with a defect.
How to solve this ?
Cheers !

Hellooooooo !
Can I have an answer to this ?
What can be done to solve my defective wiced-sense ?
It was suggested to calibrate but there is no instructions on how to calibrate, and then what need to be done ?
The distributor or broadcom need to replace it ?
Cheers !

Hello,
I just bought my wiced sense 2. I've installed the android app suggested on the quick start guide.
WICED Sense - Android Apps on Google Play
It works, but the compass is not rotating all the angles as it should, it only has a limited azimuth range.
Also the RH reading is higher than the real one.
I'm not sure this android app was intended to work with wiced sense 2, but it was suggested on the quide.
Wiced sense 2 has a different eCompass device to wiced sense 1...
Thank you for reading and best regards,
Adrian Fabry
