Hi mfortner,
Regarding to the power consumption from datasheet, is the '-9.1' a type error?
Also, in which condition that the max consumption for RX part behaved?

Typo.
10mA peak is the current at the battery terminals when a DC-DC is used to supply 1.2V to the core and RFsupplies during an active TX/RX. When the Cortex M3 is running (no RF activity), the current draw should be under ~2mA or lower at the battery terminals.

I suggest to cut the wires to the buzzer if you are using the TAG board and want to measure current consumption.
