can not scan mesh rebroadcast data

I use BCM43438( with WICED SDK 3.7.0 ) as a BLE central device to scan ble broadcasting data and print with Serial.It will show the  data broadcasting by the ble deivce surrounded.

In other hand ,I have some nRF BLE mesh device.When I use LightBlue to connect one mesh device and write some data to it,it will broadcast some message.I use a sniffer to scan and can find that message but the BCM43438 can not get that message(It didn't printed by the Serial)
