The unit contains a series of sensors not found on the TAG3:
- Magnetometer
- Pressure Sensor
- Accelerometer/Gyro Combo
- Humidity and Temperature
These are the same sensors deployed on WICED Sense and WICED Sense 2.
In addition, it also leverages an external DC-DC converter which reduces power consumption.

Thanks for the quick response. Is tag 4 being supported in the current WICED Smart SDK and will it not be supported on the WICED SDK 4.0 upcoming?

TAG4 is supported today the current WICED Smart SDK via the addition of a project which is made available here: Tag 4 Platform Driver and Demo
The next version of the WICED Smart SDK will provide out of the box support.
The board leverages the 20736/7 chipset, and this will not be supported in the new WICED Studio 4.x SDK (20736/7 will remain a separate SDK).
