Hi,
We're using an external 32KB EEPROM to store our code and data. It's almost out of space.
Is it possible to use Internal ROM to store code and data?
Thank you.

No sir. The ROM on the BCM2073X die is "masked-Read only memory" and not changeable. Consider using GPIO pins to Multiplex in (chip-select) a 2nd EEPROM device.
