Can the master get the RSS value from each slave in the connection mode?

I meant the master and the slaves are in the connection mode, so not from the advertisement packets.

Understood.
RSSI is typically a receive indicator, so the advertisement packet method is the most common.
I looked through a few more threads and it appears that the following defines a function you can use while connected: Re: How to find RSSI from WICED SMART?

It looks like only the slave have the function to read RSS when it connected to the master. The master does not have API to get RSS from each slaves when they are connected.
