Can a Firmware upgrade make BLE tag 3 dev kit support BLE 4.1 spec?

The BCM20732, 20736, and 20737 devices are BT 4.1 compliant.  They are not upgradable to BT 4.2 compliance.

Here is the BT-SIG qualification information:

BT 4.2 support is available in the BCM20719 device family.

BT 4.2 support is available in the BCM20719 device family.

Amazing. This is exactly what I was looking for CY5677 CySmart Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) 4.2 USB Dongle | Cypress Semiconductor Does cypress have any arduino compliant libraries that I can add to my sketches? Could not find this info anywhere. ?
